Insr Insurance Group ASA – Approval of merger with Nemi Forsikring

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published by Insr Insurance Group ASA (Insr) on 23 January 2018, where the company announced that the boards of directors of Insr and Nemi Forsikring AS had approved a merger for the two companies in accordance with the provisions relating to mergers of parent companies and wholly owned subsidiaries. Completion of the merger was amongst others conditional upon approval by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (the NFSA).  The merger was approved by the NFSA on 27 February 2018. Insr kjøper Nemi - dobler størrelsen

Oslo, 18. august 2017 – Forsikringsselskapet Insr har inngått avtale om å kjøpe Nemi Forsikring. Både Insr og Nemi har de siste årene utfordret de etablerte aktørene i den norske forsikringsbransjen. Gjennom oppkjøpet dobler Insr sin forsikringsportefølje. - Nemi har 50 000 privatkunder og 4 500 næringskunder.– Nemi Forsikring og Insr passer svært godt sammen.  Jeg gleder meg til å jobbe sammen med kollegaer fra begge selskap for å bygge videre på det vi hver for oss har fått til.
