Pernilla Walfridsson appointed new CFO of Nobina
Nobina has appointed Pernilla Walfridsson as new CFO of Nobina AB and member of Group management. Pernilla will succeed Per Skärgård, who will retire on 31 October 2019 following 15 years as CFO of Nobina.
Pernilla will take up employment at Nobina not later than 1 September and will assume her new role on 1 October. She will report to President and CEO Magnus Rosén. Pernilla is 46 years old, holds an MBA from Linnaeus University and most recently held the role of CFO of Byggmax Group AB.

In conjunction with Pernilla Walfridsson assuming the role, current CFO Per Skärgård will retire. Per will continue as CFO until Pernilla has taken office to ensure a stable and secure transition.
