Temporary deferral of Senior Secured Notes due 1 August 2012

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES

From the Board of Directors of Nobina AB:

Reference is made to the note exchange offer launched on 2 July 2012 and subsequent press releases dated 6 and 13 July 2012. Nobina has received support for the exchange offer from holders representing more than 80% of the notes outstanding. The minimum acceptance level for the exchange was 98% and the acceptance period has now expired, although only one significant noteholder has not accepted, that noteholder preferring a different approach to the refinancing.  Nobina and its advisors have been in contact with the holders of more than 99.5% of the notes outstanding and of these holders almost all have confirmed their willingness to participate in a refinancing of the notes and discussions on the terms of this are on-going. In order to provide the necessary time to settle the terms of a refinancing, Nobina will seek a temporary deferral of the notes. The details of the temporary deferral are soon to be finalized and will be released to noteholders once completed. Through its advisors Nobina has obtained support in principle from 99% of noteholders for a temporary deferral.

Swedbank First Securities and Handelsbanken Capital Markets have been retained as Nobina AB's financial advisors.
