ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 58 - 2 MARCH 2023

With reference to the notice for the Annual General Meeting, agenda item D, as published on 14 February 2023 (announcement no. 41/23), the board is now pleased to propose the following two candidates for the board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 March 2023:

Vibeke Bak Solok, CFO of ATP Ejendomme

Vibeke is a Danish citizen and currently CFO of ATP Ejendomme, a subsidiary of the largest Danish pension fund with focus on property investment. However, Vibeke will soon take up a position as CEO of the internet-based Danish bank, Lunar Bank. Vibeke is based in Copenhagen.

Vibeke was originally state-authorised accountant in PWC and became partner in 1994. Later in her career, Vibeke was head of group finance and then COO in group risk management of Danske Bank.

Ian McIntosh, former CEO of Louis Dreyfus Company

Ian is a British citizen, born 1961, based in London.

Ian has had a long career in commodity trading in Louis Dreyfus and resigned as Group CEO in 2020.

During his career in Louis Dreyfus, Ian managed the global activities of a number of key commodities, working from London, Melbourne, Paris and Geneva offices, has served as CEO of Europe, Black Sea and Africa regions as well as Group Chief strategy officer.

Ian also established Edesia asset Management as part of the LD Group, acting as CEO and Chief investment officer. Edesia became one of the world’s largest commodity focused hedge funds, managing predominantly external institutional capital. 

With the two above candidates the board recommends election of the following:

Klaus Nyborg – re-election

Johanne Riegels Østergaard – re-election

Karsten Knudsen – re-election

Robert Hvide Macleod – re-election

Vibeke Bak Solok – election

Ian McIntosh - election
