Nordstjernan acquires shares in Attendo from Pertti Karjalainen

Nordstjernan has acquired 2,221,930 shares for a total consideration of approximately SEK 111 million from Pertti Karjalainen, CEO Attendo Finland, who wants to reduce his debt position. Following the transaction, Nordstjernan’s ownership in Attendo amounts to 17.3 percent of the capital and voting rights, and Karjalainen’s ownership in Attendo amounts to 12.8 percent of the capital and voting rights.

The consideration per share has been calculated based on the volume-weighted average share price during the last 15 trading days.
