- The Swedish tech bank sets its sights on ten markets in 2023


Stockholm 25 November 2019: Kelly Bueno Martinez joins the Swedish tech bank Northmill as Head of New Markets. Most recently, Kelly worked at Business Sweden with the mission to support companies in analyzing, evaluating and establishing their operations in the European markets. With a recent Swedish banking license, the tech bank gears up its growth journey and Kelly becomes the third key recruitment* in a short period of time.

Kelly holds a degree from Stockholm School of Economics and started her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland before moving on to Business Sweden, where she held several roles and was based in Beijing and London for a total of four years.

Kelly speaks five languages and knows how to develop tailored go-to-market strategies, evaluate different distribution channels and execute organizational strategies. Experiences that will be valuable in her new role at Northmill.
