Considering the current economic uncertainty and the public measures taken to slow down the spread of COVID-19 in Northmill Group’s home markets, the Board of Directors of Northmill Group AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting resolves that no dividend will be paid for the financial year of 2019.
