Norway Royal Salmon: Dividend information

Reference is made to announcement of 8 May 2018 regarding notice to Annual General Meeting in Norway Royal Salmon ASA (the "Company") 31 May 2018 (date of approval).

In accordance with the notice, the board of directors in the Company proposes a distribution of dividends for 2017 of NOK 5.20 per share, by the way of a cash distribution of NOK 3.90 per share and distribution of shares in the Company from the Company's treasury shares. Based on the shares' volume weighted average price on the Oslo Stock Exchange over the five trading days from 18 to 25 May 2018, the board of directors proposes that the aggregate number of shares for distribution is set to 307 329. For each share owned in the Company per 31 May 2018 (last day included) as recorded in the shareholder register in VPS 4 June 2018 (record date), the shareholders will receive 0.0070 shares in the Company, so that for each 142.1580 shares owned in the Company the shareholder will receive one share in the Company. The number of shares that each VPS registered shareholder will receive, will be rounded up to the nearest number of whole shares.

Subject to the resolution being passed by the Annual General Meeting, the shares will be traded exclusive the right to dividends from and including 1 June 2018 (ex-date). The dividends will be paid and the shares will be transferred on or around 11 June 2018 (payment date).
