Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) – Financial statements for 2020 approved by the board of directors

At a meeting held on 14 April 2021, the board of directors of Norway Royal Salmon ASA has reviewed and approved the financial statements for 2020. The final accounts are not altered from preliminary figures published on 16 February 2021.

The Board of Directors of Norway Royal Salmon ASA has today proposed a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share based on the annual accounts for the financial year 2020. The dividend will be partly distributed in cash, 1.00 per share and partly by distribution of NOK 2.00 as shares in Norway Royal Salmon ASA from the company's treasury shares. The resolution will be adopted at the Annual General Meeting of 27 May 2021.

An electronic version of the Annual Report 2020 will be published through Oslo stock exchange and www.norwayroyalsalmon.com on 26 April 2021.

The annual general meeting is scheduled to Thursday 27 May 2021 in Trondheim. The notice with attachments will be published through Oslo Stock Exchange and www.norwayroyalsalmon.com.
