Norway Royal Salmon ASA has today received a request to notice an extraordinary general meeting.

With reference to the Public Limited Liability Companies Act § 5-7, the main owner of Norway Royal Salmon ASA, NTS ASA which owns 68.1% of the shares in the Company, requests that the board of Norway Royal Salmon ASA should notice as soon as possible to an extraordinary general meeting where the election of a new board is on the agenda.
