Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS): Sale of shares in Sør Farming AS

With reference to the stock exchange announcement on 26 September 2019, NRS is pleased to announce that the divestment of 100% of the shares in Sør Farming AS to Tombre Fiskeanlegg AS, Lingalaks AS and Eidesvik Laks AS has been completed today.

Following a demerger of NRS Farming AS completed on 23 November 2019, Sør Farming AS owns the salmon farming business "Region South" with 4,680 tonnes MAB, that was previously part of NRS Farming AS.

In connection with the transaction, the parties have also entered into a long-term cooperation with regards to sale and purchase of fish.

DNB Markets is acting as NRS' financial advisor in connection with the transaction and Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm is acting as NRS' legal advisor in connection with the Transaction.
