Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS): Mandatory notification of trade

Gåsø Næringsutvikling AS ("Gåsø Næringsutvikling") has today agreed to sell all of its 1,624,607 shares in Norway Royal Salmon ASA ("NRS") to NTS ASA("NTS"), corresponding to 3.72% of the total number of outstanding shares and votes in NRS.

The transaction will be completed in accordance with the offer price in the mandatory offer, and settlement will be made prior to the expiration of the offer period in the mandatory offer. Following completion of this transaction, Gåsø Næringsutvikling will no longer hold Shares in NRS.

Gåsø Næringsutvikling is considered a company that is a close associate of chairman of the Board and primary insider of NRS, Helge Gåsø.

This notification has been submitted pursuant to the Securities Trading Act § 5-12 and MAR Article 19 no. 3.
