NPRO: Norwegian Property ASA - Successful Issuance of Senior Secured NOK Bonds

Norwegian Property ASA has today successfully issued a new senior secured NOK 545 million bond with 3 year tenor. The bond issue has a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 1.15% p.a. Settlemement is expected to take place on 1 October 2024, ISIN: NO0013350538. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance NPRO 16 and for general corporate purposes. ·Revenues for the second quarter were MNOK 354, an increase of 29 percent from MNOK 275 in the same quarter last year. ·Operating profit before value adjustments and JVs was MNOK 316 for the second quarter. Norwegian Property ASA, rated BBB- (Negative outlook) by Scope, has mandated SpareBank 1 Markets for the potential issuance of a NOK denominated senior secured bond with floating or fixed rate coupon, subject to market conditions. Reference is made to the notification dated 27 May 2024. Norwegian Property ASA has today issued NOK 975 million in new senior secured bonds with a tenor of 5 years. The transaction was split into two tranches: -NOK 635 million in a 5-year senior secured bond issue with a coupon of 3 months Nibor +1.50% p.a. -NOK 340 million in a 5-year senior secured bond issue with a coupon of 5.50% p.a. NPRO: Norwegian Property ASA – Fixed income investor meeting and contemplated NOK bond issuance

Norwegian Property ASA, rated BBB- (Negative) by Scope, has mandated DNB Markets and SEB to arrange a virtual fixed income investor meeting on 27 May 2024. NPRO: Equity issue NOK 500 million as part of the financing of the Telegrafen acquisition

The general meeting of Norwegian Property ASA has today resolved to increase the company's equity with NOK 500 million. The new share capital is subscribed by the company's sole shareholder, Geveran Trading Co. Limited.
