Norwegian Property ASA – Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Norwegian Property ASA (“Norwegian Property”) on 6 November 2012 regarding the completed private placement of 49,850,000 new shares in the company. The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement in Norwegian Property, resolved by the company’s board of directors on 6 November 2012, has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The new share capital of Norwegian Property is NOK 274,223,416, divided into 548,446,832 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.

The new shares are expected to be issued today and immediately listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code “NPRO”. As a consequence, the new shares are expected to be tradable as from and including today.
