NPRO - AGREEMENT TO SELL STRANDSVINGEN 10,STAVANGER
Norwegian Property ASA has entered into an agreement to sell Strandsvingen 10 in Stavanger to Sakon AS. Agreed property value in the transaction is NOK 30,9 million, which is marginally above current valuation. The transaction will be completed in the beginning of March 2016 in the form of sale of the property owning company with market adjustment for form of ownership.
Strandsvingen 10 is a relatively small property located at Gausel outside of Forus, and adapted and leased to NOKAS. The sale is in line with Norwegian Property’s strategy of active portfolio development.
