NPRO: Acquisition of plot in Drammensveien 149 completed
With reference to stock exchange announcement published 10 October 2011 regarding the agreement to acquire a plot located in Drammensveien 149 at Skøyen in Oslo, it is hereby confirmed that all conditions have been lifted by the parties, and the transaction has been completed as planned.
After performing an environmental study at the property, the parties have agreed on an additional deduction covering an estimated environmental cleanup cost of NOK 1.7 million. With that, the total purchase price amounts to NOK 99.8 million.
