The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 15th June 2021 approved Norwegian Property ASA’s supplement to the base prospectus, and the document is available at Norwegian Property ASA’s website: Supplement to base prospectus
The supplement has been prepared in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the NOK 650 000 000 secured green bond issue 2021/2026 on 12th May 2021 and with ISIN NO 0010997919.
