NPRO - MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE AND DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Henrik A. Christensen, chairman of the board of Norwegian Property ASA, has today bougt 10,000 shares in Norwegian Property ASA at a price of NOK 10.90 per share through his wholly-owned company August AS. Following this transaction, Henrik A. Christensen owns and controls 10,000 shares in Norwegian Property ASA.

The portfolio, which has a total fair value of NOK 15.8 billion, is characterized by central location and attractive premises high quality tenants.
