NPRO 4Q 2016: PROFIT AFTER TAX OF NOK 180.2 MILLION, DIVIDEND NOK 0.12 PER SHARE

 Profit after income tax for the period came to NOK 180.2 million. Ordinary earnings per share (EPS) was NOK 0.33 for the fourth quarter. Carried equity per share came to NOK 11.83 at 31 December 2016, up from NOK 10.53 at 31 December 2015 (Epra NAV: NOK 12.91 and Epra NNNAV: NOK 12.56 at 31 December 2016).

Overall rental income came to NOK 204.3 million, a reduction from NOK 217.9 million in the same period of 2015. When purchase and sale of properties are taken into account, the increase in rental income was 8.8 per cent.

The board of directors has approved a dividend of NOK 0.12 per share to be distributed to the registered shareholders as of 10 February 2017 (ex. Date is 13 February 2017).
