NPRO: Successful issuance of NOK green bonds

Reference is made to the notification dated 3 May 2021. Norwegian Property ASA has today issued NOK 650m in a new senior secured green bond with a tenor of 5 years and a coupon of 2.235%. The pricing is equivalent to 6 months Nibor + 0.85% p.a. The transaction was substantially oversubscribed.
