Change in NYAB Plc’s holding of treasury shares

NYAB Plc announced on 13 May 2024 that it has transferred 1,543,986 shares in the Company, previously held as treasury shares, to participants in NYAB’s share-based incentive plans. Of the transferred shares, 24,663 shares have been returned free of consideration to the Company.

NYAB Plc’s total number of shares on 12 June 2024 is 712,993,008, of which 2,480,677 shares are held as treasury shares.
