NYAB Plc: Change in the Executive Management Team

NYAB announced today that the transaction, in which it establishes a joint venture with CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II fund, has been completed, and former group company Skarta Energy Oy has been transferred under the ownership of the joint venture.

As Skarta Energy has become NYAB’s associated company, Kari Tuominen, Vice President of Project Development, does not continue as a member of NYAB’s Executive Management Team. Tuominen continues as CEO of Skarta Energy. NYAB’s Executive Management Team composition from 23 December 2022 onwards will be as follows:

  • Johan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer
  • Aku Väliaho, Chief Financial Officer
  • Mikael Ritola, Senior Vice President, Finland
  • Magnus Granljung, Senior Vice President, Sweden
  • Minna Koistinen, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer
