NYAB Plc: Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Chapter 9, Section 10
Finnish Securities Markets Act has been amended as of 19 April 2024 so that the obligation to notify major shareholdings and proportions of voting rights in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Act also applies to shareholders and persons comparable to shareholders in companies traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.
NYAB Plc has received a notice from Jukka Juola regarding holdings under his control that exceed disclosure thresholds defined in the Securities Markets Act. The notice has been given in accordance with transitional provisions that apply to the regulation amendment and regards holdings at the time of entry into force of the regulation amendment, on 19 April 2024.
