Listing transfer of the NYAB shares has also been executed. Shares of the company are now traded on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm. Changes were published in NYAB’s Company Announcement on 27 June 2024.

“It is very gratifying that NYAB shares are now traded on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market here in Sweden. The company has returned to its Luleå roots, where it all once began. With these changes, we have created the best position for expansion and profitable growth. With this we have a foundation for creating continuous value for our employees, clients, and shareholders”, says Johan Larsson, NYAB CEO.

“After extensive work, we have now completed the change of our domicile and listing to Sweden, of which we are very satisfied. This is an important step for NYAB’s continuing development. We are convinced that this provides the best conditions for creating additional value for our shareholders in both Finland and Sweden. As the Board of Directors, we want to thank the management team and employees for their contribution, as well as our shareholders for their trust during the process”, says Jan Öhman, Chairman of the Board at NYAB.
