OBDUCAT APPOINTS NEW ACTING CEO

Patrik Lundström will take up the position as acting CEO of Obducat AB in conjunction with the current CEO Lars Tilly, after a mutual agreement with the company’s board, leaves the company.

Based on Lars Tilly’s departure from the company, the board of Obducat has decided to appoint Patrik Lundström acting CEO. Patrik Lundström will take on the duty with immediate effect.

Patrik Lundström was the CEO of Obducat during the period 2002-2009 and before that employed in the company from 2000. Patrik Lundström was elected board of director at the annual general meeting on the 23rd of June 2010. Patrik Lundström will, during the time serving as acting CEO, not participate in the board work as a board of director.
