OBDUCAT DEBENTURE LOAN ISSUE PROSPECTUS MADE PUBLIC

Obducat AB (publ) today publishes its prospectus regarding issue of convertible debentures 2004/2007 with detachable warrants. The prospectus will be sent to shareholders and holders of Obducats debenture loan 2001/2004, but can also be downloaded from the company´s website www.obducat.com.

Subscription price for one convertible debenture: SEK 1,00

Record day: March 3, 2004

Subscription period: March 12-26, 2004

Trade with subscription rights: March 12-23, 2004

Preferential right: Registered shareholding on the record day March 3, 2004 entitles to subscription for one (1) convertible debenture 2004/2007 for each four (4) shares held.

Set-off right: Registered holding of the Obducat debenture loan 2001/2004 on the record day March 3, 2004 entitles to subscription, via a set-off, for three (3) convertible debentures 2004/2007 (of a nominal value SEK 1,00 each) for one (1) convertible debenture 2001/2004 (of a nominal value SEK 3,00 each) held.

The conversion price for the convertible debenture 2004/2007 has been set at SEK 2.15. Subscription price on exercise of the detachable warrants carried has also been set at SEK 2.15.

The convertible debenture loan term is April 1, 2004 – March 31, 2007, earning 5.00 per cent annual interest to be paid out at the end of each calendar quarter.
