OBDUCAT NOMINATION COMMITTEE FORMED

In accordance with decisions passed at the Annual General Meeting June 4, a Nomination Committee has been formed and will commence the process of proposing Board Directors ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2005.

The Nomination Committee consists of Henri Bergstrand, Lars Montelius (representing European Nano Invest AB), Lennart Friberg (representing minor shareholders) and the Chairman of the Obducat Board of Directors Peter Jonsson, also being the convener of the Committee.
