SPECIAL EXAMINER IN OBDUCAT NOW APPOINTED BY THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

Based on a request from an individual shareholder, the County administrative board has now appointed a special examiner in Obducat in accordance with the Swedish company’s act. Joakim Edoff, lawyer at Settervalls Advokatbyrå in Gothenburg, has been selected to carry out the examination.

-I appreciate that the County administrative board responded to our request for a prompt handling of the matter, in order to enable the examination getting started thus giving us a chance to look forward rather than the opposite, says Peter Jonsson, Chairman of the Obducat board. –Over the weekend I have spoken to Joakim Edoff. The examination process will commence at once but since the process has just been initiated, its total length cannot be estimated today, Peter Jonsson concludes.
