Reference is made to the announcement by Odfjell SE (the "Company") dated 15 March 2017 regarding approval by the Company's Board of Directors of the 2016 annual accounts and the recommendation of dividend of NOK 1.50 per share. The Company hereby informs of the following key dates in connection with the proposed dividend. The dividend is subject to approval by the Company's  annual general meeting, scheduled for 11 May 2017.
