OKEA ASA – Increased recoverable resource estimates from the Talisker West discoveries at the Brage field (PL 055)

(Trondheim, 25 March 2026) - Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 25 August 2025 with regards to the Talisker West discovery. Through further subsurface maturation of the Talisker Statfjord formation, recoverable resource estimates (P50) have increased from 19 to 28 million barrels of oil equivalents (mmboe). The development plan remains unchanged, and with the increase in volumes, expected break-even cost is less than USD 10 per barrel. OKEA ASA - Fourth quarter 2025 financial results

(Trondheim, 3 February 2026) - In the fourth quarter of 2025, OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA) delivered operating income of USD 107 (224) million and EBITDA of USD 50 (117) million. OKEA is offered interests in three licences in APA 2025 licensing round

(Trondheim, 13 January 2026) - OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA) has been offered interests in three new production licences on the Norwegian continental shelf, of which one as operator, through the Awards in Pre-Defined Areas (APA) for 2025, covering mature areas.The awards announced today further strengthen OKEA's portfolio and ambitions of near-field exploration and high-impact opportunities. OKEA ASA - Completed purchases under board compensation package and mandatory notification of trade

Trondheim, 6 November 2025. OKEA ASA (the "Company", or "OKEA", ticker: "OKEA") completed a share purchase on behalf of the members of the board of directors 5 November 2025. The share purchase was made in connection with the compensation package for the board and in accordance with the resolution by the annual general meeting on 13 May 2025 (item 10). The shares purchased are subject to a 12-month lock-up period.The share purchase was executed by a broker on behalf of the board members, all of which are primary insiders. OKEA ASA - Third quarter 2025 financial results

(Trondheim, 4 November 2025) - In the third quarter of 2025, OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA) delivered operating income of USD 224 (206) million and EBITDA of USD 117 (98) million.
