Olvi completes the acquisition of Värska Originaal

19.6.2026 at 4:00 pmOlvi has completed the acquisition, under which its Estonian subsidiary A. Le Coq acquires 100% of the shares in Värska Originaal AS, Estonia’s best-known natural mineral water producer. The closing of the transaction took place on 19 June 2026 and is accounting-wise effective as of 19 June 2026. On 15 September 2025, Olvi announced that it would acquire Värska Originaal through its Estonian subsidiary A. Le Coq. Värska Originaal AS was founded in 1993, and its operational roots date back to 1973. The company produces its products in Värska, in southeastern Estonia.
