La Bohème is a work we have longed to present to our audience again. This masterful piece of music drama is a milestone in music history and remains relevant in all times. For the audience, to mirror themselves in the characters - who live in a vulnerable social class - and their profound striving and longing for love, through Puccini’s music and the librettists Illica and Giacosa, is to experience opera art at its very best.
