FSN Capital finalises the acquisition of OptiGroup and Hygos

FSN Capital VI has finalised its previously announced acquisition of OptiGroup and the Dutch company Hygos. FSN Capital VI will be the leading shareholder and have full management control of the combined Group. The transaction was completed following the approval by regulatory and competition authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

OptiGroup and Hygos complement each other both geographically and in terms of their attractive product offerings to B2B customers across Europe. The combined Group, with a revenue of EUR 1.3 billion, will operate under the name OptiGroup. Supported by FSN Capital, OptiGroup’s strategic aim is to continue driving organic growth and acquisitions, while also driving sustainability in the industry.
