    OptiGroup has completed its previously announced acquisition of 100% of the shares in MaskeGruppen AS. The transaction was completed after approval of the Norwegian Competition Authority. The purchase price has not been disclosed. MaskeGruppen, with a turnover of NOK 1.2 billion in 2021, is a leading full-service distributor of facility supplies, healthcare products and industrial packaging to the private and public sector in Norway.     FSN Capital VI has finalised its previously announced acquisition of OptiGroup and the Dutch company Hygos. FSN Capital VI will be the leading shareholder and have full management control of the combined Group. The transaction was completed following the approval by regulatory and competition authorities.
