OptiGroup acquires Avodesch B.V. in the Netherlands

OptiGroup has acquired 100% of the shares of Avodesch B.V. in the Netherlands. The company becomes part of OptiGroup’s Paper & Business Supplies business area and will continue to operate under its current brand. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Avodesch, with office and warehouse in Wijchen-Nijmegen and a turnover of approximately EUR 4 million, offers a wide range of products and services for efficient and result-oriented cleaning.
