    OptiGroup today announces the acquisition of Facility Trade Holding BV, a Dutch distributor specialised in hygiene & cleaning products, foodservice items and personal protection equipment.     OptiGroup has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the shares of the Dutch packaging distributor Packagegroup Moonen B.V. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the Dutch Competition Authority, is expected to be completed during the summer. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
