OptiGroup acquires the remaining part of the Swedish company Norrpartner AB

OptiGroup has through its subsidiary PacsOn AB acquired the remaining 70% of the company Norrpartner AB, which thus becomes a wholly owned company to OptiGroup. The acquisition of the remaining shares means that the Packaging business area further consolidates its position in Sweden.

Norrpartner, which is already an integral part of PacsOn's operations, provides a wide range of business consumables and tailor-made packaging solutions to customers, primarily in northern part of Sweden. The goal is to continue to develop Norrpartner as a wholly owned business and strengthen the customer offering.
