This year at ISPO Munich, The Swedish greentech company OrganoClick will showcase its brand OrganoTex highlighting the further developed Wash-In and Spray-On Textile Waterproofing products.

This unique waterproofing technology mimics nature’s own chemistry and the water repellency of leaves. It is biobased, readily biodegradable (according to OECD 301F), PFAS-free, and eco-labelled with Oeko-Tex Eco Passport and USDA Certified Biobased Product.

After a year of collaboration with a raw material supplier, OrganoClick has successfully increased the biobased content in its textile waterproofing from an already uniquely high 98% to 100% while maintaining full functionality.

“While a change from 98% to 100% biobased content might not sound like much of a difference, it is crucial to us! We believe in eliminating all fossil CO2 emissions from a product's end-of-life,” says Johannes van Overmeeren, Senior Product Development Engineer at OrganoClick, and continues:

"This also shows what can be achieved in terms of biobased content, which is essential to succeed in the green transition."

Additionally, during ISPO, OrganoTex will launch a Garment Care Kit and a Shoe Care Kit.

“As we have expanded our range over the years, we have seen an increased demand for a two-pack that includes both detergent and textile impregnation,” says Susanne Karlsson, Sales Manager for OrganoTex at OrganoClick, and continues:

“With our new Garment Care Kit and Shoe Care Kit, we are making it easier for consumers to care for their functional outdoor clothing. At the same time, we aim to reach a broader target audience, which is part of our strategy for continued expansion.”
