The correction refers to the amount for the increase in the share capital from the press release from the company published June 6 2024.
OrganoClick's Annual General Meeting 2024 decided that the company's board members were given the right to choose to collect the board fee for 2023 either in cash or via shares in the company. 4 out of 5 board members have decided to take their entire fee, after tax, in the form of shares in the company instead of cash. The share price has been calculated by the volume-weighted average share price for the last 10 trading days on the NASDAQ First North Growth Market in accordance with the decision of the OrganoClick Annual General Meeting. The share capital will increase by SEK 1,679.67 and give a dilution effect of approx. 0.2% for existing shareholders based on the number of shares after the issue.
