Fully subscribed warrant program in OrganoClick AB
The CEO and senior executives of OrganoClick AB choose to acquire 100 % of the warrants in the incentive program proposed by the Board.
Following the decision of the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2025, OrganoClick AB was able to offer 981,176 warrants to the CEO and senior executives in the form of an incentive program. The Board believes that a personal ownership commitment is to the benefit of the company and the shareholders, while at the same time giving senior executives the opportunity to participate in the value growth they contribute to creating.
The option program comprises a total of a maximum of 981,176 warrants with a price calculated according to Black & Scholes' option valuation model and other conditions as follows:
- A warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share.
- Price of 0.59 SEK / warrant
- The warrants can be exercised for subscription of shares during the period fr.o.m. January 1, 2029 until December 31, 2029.
- Redemption price for the shares of SEK 4.10 / share
All warrants have been subscribed in equal amounts of the CEO and seven senior executives (122,647 warrants per person) and thus give the company a capital injection of SEK 578,894 as of today's date.
