OrganoClick AB has been approved for listing on Nasdaq First North and publishes Company Description

The Swedish material and chemical technology company OrganoClick has been approved for listing on Nasdaq First North. In conjunction with the listing, a directed equity issue of SEK 75 million has been performed towards Nordic institutional and professional investors. First day of trading is 16 February 2015.

OrganoClick is a Swedish cleantech company that has developed a patented technology based on natural chemistry used as a green alternative for  toxic chemicals used in e.g. pressure impregnated wood, textile treatments and fiber materials. Examples of properties that OrganoClick's can render to the materials are fire retardancy, anti-fungal properties, increased strength and water repellency. The company has won several prices and awards for its materials, for example appointment as a "Climate Solver" by the World Wildlife Fund - the WWF and has been on Affärsvärldens and NyTeknik's 33-list of the hottest Swedish technology companies.

OrganoClick will use the capital for an international expansion of its sale and marketing organisation within its business areas Functional woodPerformance textiles & nonwoven, and Fiber composites & paper products. Products include the fire- and rot protected wooden material OrganoWood® (sold through the daughter company OrganoWood AB), completely free from biocides and toxic heavy metals; the fluorocarbon-free water repellent textile treatment OrganoTex® (free from PFC, PFOA, and PFOS); and biocomposites that can be used as a plastic substitute.  OrganoWood® was appointed as the "Hottest buidling material of the year" 2014 at the Nordics largest building fair Nordbygg, and OrganoTex® was appointed as "one of the most interesting new materials" at ISPO, the worlds largest fair for outdoor and sport goods in Munich.

Following the equity raising of SEK 75 million that was announced on 10 February 2015, OrganoClick has received approval to have its shares traded on Nasdaq First North. The first day of trading is 16 February 2015.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on Nasdaq First North under the ticker symbol "ORGC" (ISIN: SE0006510335).
