OrganoWood AS signs general agreement with Løvenskiold Handel AS/Maxbo, Norway.

OrganoClick’s subsidiary OrganoWood has signed a general agreement with Maxbo regarding the sales of OrganoWood® modified wood in Norway. Maxbo has a total of 60 building supply stores, spread all over Norway and is one of the leading building supply chains on the Norwegian market.

-          "Løvenskiold which owns and operates the Maxbo chain, is experiencing an increased demand for environmentally friendly and sustainable materials with unique properties. As part of the company's environmental strategy, it is therefore natural to offer OrganoWood® to our customers," says Rune Kølberg, Category Manager in Løvenskiold Handel.

-          "Maxbo has a solid position in the Norwegian market with over 60 Maxbo building supply stores, MAXBO supermarkets and MAXBO Proff. To rapidly increase the number of retailers in Norway is an important piece of the puzzle in the OrganoWood®'s strategy for 2018." says Jens Hamlin, CEO of OrganoWood.

The agreement will enter into force on today's date and Maxbo will start selling OrganoWood® modified wood during the 2018 spring season.
