OrganoWood signs distribution agreement for the Finnish market
OrganoClick's co-owned affiliate OrganoWood has signed a sales and distribution agreement with Sarbon Woodwise Oy for the Finnish market. The agreement gives Sarbon Woodwise Oy an exclusive right to sell and distribute OrganoWoods wood treatment products in cans to building suppliers and paint stores in Finland.
During 2015 OrganoWood initiated a collaboration regarding sales and distribution with the wood treatment distributor Welin & Co for the Swedish market. Welin & Co has under the agreement sold and distributed OrganoWoods wood treatment products on cans to Swedish building suppliers and paint stores. The collaboration has been very successful with greatly increased sales volumes of these products for OrganoWood.
OrganoWood now takes the next step with this sales strategy and starts its international expansion of its wood treatment products by initiating strategic collaborations with local sales and distribution partners on different geographical markets. First out is the collaboration with Sarbon Woodwise Oy in Finland.

The agreement is an exclusive agreement with a term of three years conditioned by purchase of certain annual minimum quantities.
