Orkla ASA : Application for change of debtor (RIE04 PRO)

Rieber og Søn ASA and Orkla ASA have decided to apply for a change of debtor for Rieber's bond listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (ABM), RIE04 PRO, 2011-2014. If the application is approved by the bondholders, Orkla ASA will become the new debtor in respect of the bond. The application will be sent to Norsk Tillitsmann in its capacity as trustee for Rieber's bond.
