Grace Reksten Skaugen, Deputy Chair of the Board of Orkla, has, through her wholly owned company Infovidi Board Services Ltd, bought 9,600 shares at a price of NOK 67.13 per share. Following this transaction, Reksten Skaugen and related parties own 18,100 shares in Orkla.

Lars Dahlgren, Member of the Board of Orkla, has bought 1,000 shares at a price of NOK 67.10 per share. Following this transaction, Dahlgren and related parties own 7,500 shares in Orkla.

Håkon Mageli, Group Director Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs at Orkla, has bought 15,000 shares at a price of NOK 67.01 per share. Following this transaction, Mageli and related parties own 95,504 shares in Orkla.
