Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – primary insiders

Kenneth Haavet, Executive Vice President, CEO Orkla Consumer & Financial, has today, 11 February 2021, bought 6,500 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 80.86 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Haavet and related parties own 6,827 shares in Orkla.
