Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – primary insiders

Terje Utstrand, Employee representative on the Board, has today, 19 February 2021, bought 2,000 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 79.34 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Utstrand and related parties own 9,465 shares in Orkla.
