Orkla's acquisition of Arne B. Corneliussen AS completed

In its press release of 25 October 2017, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement to purchase Arne B. Corneliussen AS, a leading manufacturer and supplier to the Norwegian food industry. The agreement has been approved by the Norwegian competition authorities, and the transaction has today been completed.
