Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan or Singapore, or any other jurisdiction in which the distribution or release would be unlawful.
Outokumpu will issue a EUR 250 million senior secured bond and at the same time, confirms the fulfilment of the new financing condition, announced on May 9, 2018, regarding the call of all fixed rate notes due 2021 (ISIN FI4000210646, OUTJ072521).
The new bond, which matures on June 18, 2024, is targeted to institutional investors and is callable before its final maturity. The proceeds from the issuance of the bond will be used for voluntary redemption of the fixed rate notes due 2021 and for general corporate purposes.

The bond will be applied to be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. BNP Paribas and Nordea Bank AB (publ) act as Coordinators and Joint Lead Managers for the bond issue. Danske Bank A/S and Swedbank AB (publ) act as Joint Lead Managers.
