OX2 has handed over a 27 MW wind farm in Italy to Nuveen Infrastructure, one of the world's leading clean energy infrastructure managers. The wind farm that is located in Foggia province, in southern Italy, comprises of 6 turbines.The wind farm is the first project OX2 has divested in Italy. - The successful completion and handover of our first Italian project marks an important milestone in our relationship with Nuveen Infrastructure. OX2 and Nordkalk will together investigate the opportunities for production of e-fuel. The e-fuel could be used in Nordkalk’s own facilities, but also for shipping and other industries and to make Gotland a hub for green growth and development. OX2 has entered a conditional agreement with EEW SPC on delivering monopile foundations for two of the offshore wind farms OX2 is developing in Sweden together with Ingka Investments. OX2 has initiated a cooperation on a research station in the north of Åland. The objective is to develop and test methods to increase bio diversity in connection with the offshore wind projects that OX2 is developing around Åland. County Administrative Board gives green light to offshore wind farm Galatea-Galene outside Sweden

The County Administrative Board of Halland has decided that the offshore wind farm Galatea-Galene can get permission to be built according to the Act on Sweden’s exclusive economic zone. With the approval of the Swedish government construction could start already 2026 without subsidies. The Swedish Armed Forces has approved parts of the wind farm and the final decision is now up to the government of Sweden. Successful geophysical survey of the Galatea-Galene project area

Clinton Marine Survey has on behalf of OX2 successfully carried out a comprehensive geophysical survey for the offshore wind farm Galatea-Galene, which is planned to be built in the Kattegat about 25 km from the coast outside the cities of Varberg and Falkenberg in Sweden.
